Store Management
 
Responsibilities
•          Supervise store and implement plans to maximize sales and profit. Exceed goals and objectives in all key performance areas.
•          Guarantee customer service standards are consistently achieved by setting the example and motivating teams to exceed sales plans.
•          Supervise all phases of recruitment and hiring. Proactively recruit for future expansion
•          Coach and develop your team to achieve results in all areas of measured performance.
•         Ensure compliance to visual presentation and operational standards.
Qualifications
•          Prior management experience in a specialty retail apparel unit intensity environment
•          Excellent Sales Management skills, results driven, proven track record
•          Excellent leadership and communication skills
•          Execute visual presentation and operational standards to meet company expectations
•          Hands on management style
