As Assistant Store Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Store Sales Manager and in her/his absence, directing and leading the store to drive a sales focused culture that exceeds our company’s goals in sales and profit by staffing, training, and developing your team.

Partnering with Store Sales Manager to manage store sales and managing shrink within company guidelines and goals

Participating in a team environment that fosters loyalty by creating clear and effective direction to the team

To succeed in this position, you must be talented in leadership, customer service, selling and organizational skills, as well as, effectively communicate thru both verbal and written communication.  A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of retail store management experience is required, along with a High School degree or GED equivalent.
